Your CV is your business card in the application process, as it provides recruiters with important information about your career to date and your expertise. But what if there are gaps in your CV in addition to school-leaving qualifications and certificates? Basically, anything that exceeds a period of two months and cannot be justified is considered a gap in your CV. We therefore have the following tips:
1. the courage to leave a gap

It can even make you appear self-reflective and committed if, for example, you talk about a phase of professional reorientation or a time-out for your personal development. Argue why this time was useful for you and how you used it to develop personally and professionally.
3. try to close the gap
During this transition period, you can continue your education voluntarily and take various courses. For example, you can gain practical experience or complete language courses. This not only closes the gap in your CV, but also helps you advance professionally.
