  What happens if too many applications are received?

Thanks to our method, it happens more often than you might think. If you have difficulties processing all incoming applications, we will be happy to pause your campaign. This allows you to concentrate on the first interviews in peace. If the right application has not yet been received, we will restart your campaign at a later date. Please note that a campaign can be paused for a maximum of two months. We are also happy to offer you a pre-selection service in which we check the applications for applicant integrity, experience, motivation, salary and start date and pre-select them before forwarding them to you. This saves you valuable time!

  What happens after my campaign has been launched?

As soon as your campaign starts, you can sit back and wait for the first applications. Then the real work begins for us: we monitor your campaign using various key figures and optimize it continuously (for 30 days). As a result, you should receive the first applications after just a few days.

  Can I use the video for my own purposes after the campaign?

Yes, of course! The video you produce is yours! We provide you with the videos produced so that you can use them for your own website, at trade fairs or on social media.

 How much time does it take to shoot the video and prepare the campaign?

The on-site video shoot takes around 4 hours per video. Our camera teams adapt to the working day of your employees in order to disrupt operations as little as possible. It usually takes around 4-6 weeks from receipt of the order to the start of the campaign.

During this time, an onboarding call is held with you to discuss all the important details for the campaign. An appointment is also made for the video shoot. After the video shoot, you will receive the finished landing page and the video for approval. As soon as you have approved them, the campaign can start promptly.

  Are you recruiters?

No, we are not a recruitment agency. As a social video recruiting agency, our aim is to establish initial contact between companies and potential employees.

 I have several vacancies to fill. Does this give me a price advantage?

Yes, if we can shoot several videos for different locations in one day, the production costs for our camera teams are reduced. We are happy to pass these savings on to our customers.

  When can I expect to receive the first applications?

As a rule, you will receive the first applications within a few days of the start of the campaign.

  I have been trying for years to find suitable specialists through job advertisements. How can you help?

With conventional job advertisements, you generally reach people who are actively looking for a job.
